Job Requirements
- Accurately handle checkout operations and transactions
- support cash office operations as needed
- scan, handle and move merchandise safely including lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
- work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- ability to remain mobile for entire shift

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- make guests aware of current promotions, store activities, and events
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store
- thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- promote Target loyalty programs and assist guests with sign-ups
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- show guests how to use the Target app including Wallet
- be familiar with order pick-up, drive-up, and online ordering services
- attempt every return and follow register prompts
- maintain a clean work area by organizing unpurchased items
- stock supplies during store hours while staying available for guests
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance in all activities
- work safely and comply with all policies
- support guest services like order pick up, drive-up, returns, and maintain compliance with beverage laws
- perform all other duties based on business needs
