Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 15 pounds frequently
- occasionally lift or move merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without assistance
- climb up and down ladders

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience helpful but not required
- ability to operate handheld scanners and technology equipment

- capability to manage multiple tasks within timeframes

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to solve their needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
- help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
- work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and stocked
- assist with truck unload and stock product
- make changes to salesfloor merchandise displays
- conduct weekly price changes and signing accurately
- complete scans and system audits for inventory accuracy
- support execution of major transitions
- maintain interior and exterior brand standards including cleanliness
- execute all fills accurately and organize reserve products
- process all inbound deliveries using receive application
- complete backroom daily and weekly audits
- operate powered equipment if certified
- maintain backroom organization and equipment compliance
- follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely at all times and report hazards
- support guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up
- perform all other duties as needed based on business needs
