Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve specific needs
- thank guests and show appreciation for choosing Target
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
- help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
- work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
- assist with truck unload and stock product to sales floor
- make changes to salesfloor merchandise displays
- conduct weekly price change workload and ensure price accuracy
- complete scans and system audits for inventory accuracy
- support execution of major transitions
- maintain interior and exterior brand cleanliness
- accurately execute fills and organize reserve product
- process inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy
- complete backroom daily and weekly audits
- operate powered equipment if certified
- maintain backroom organization
- follow processes with attention to detail
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work in a safe manner and report hazards
- support guest services including backup cashier and order pickup
- perform all other duties based on business needs
