Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and lifting up to 44 pounds
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to use technology tools such as scanners and handheld devices
- Adherence to safety and compliance policies
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to understand their needs
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available to improve guest experience
- Thank guests sincerely and show appreciation for shopping at Target
- Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
- Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock
- Push and stock product to sales floor
- Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans
- Conduct weekly price changes and ensure accurate signing
- Complete scans and system audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Support execution of major store transitions
- Maintain interior and exterior brand standards and cleanliness
- Accurately execute pulls and backstock product
- Process inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy
- Complete backroom daily and weekly audits
- Operate power equipment when certified
- Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy
- Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks accurately
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance culture
- Work safely and identify hazards
- Support guest services like backup cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
