Job Requirements

- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting merchandise up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in various temperatures and environmental conditions
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of the scheduled shift
- Certification to operate power equipment if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use technology such as handheld scanners and multiple frequency devices
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and capacity to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain composed and focused under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Knowledge of inventory management principles is a plus
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to understand their specific needs
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve experiences
- Thank guests genuinely and express appreciation
- Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
- Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
- Push and stock product to sales floor
- Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments
- Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure accurate regular and promotional signing
- Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
- Support execution of major transitions and Inventory Stock Management (ISM)
- Maintain interior and exterior brand standards including cleanliness and maintenance
- Accurately execute all pulls and backstock product from all departments
- Process all inbound deliveries using the receive application to ensure inventory accuracy
- Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits
- Operate power equipment only if certified
- Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy and follow equipment guidelines
- Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, monitor progress, and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely and identify and correct hazards
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) while maintaining compliance
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
