Job Requirements

Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

Accurately handle cash register operations when needed
Ability to climb up and down ladders
Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting merchandise up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and prompt attendance
Ability to work in various temperatures and environmental conditions
Ability to remain mobile for the duration of the scheduled shift
Certification to operate power equipment if required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Strong communication skills
Ability to use technology such as handheld scanners and multiple frequency devices
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and capacity to follow multi-step processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain composed and focused under pressure
Willingness to learn and adapt
Knowledge of inventory management principles is a plus

Job Duties

Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
Engage with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to understand their specific needs
Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve experiences
Thank guests genuinely and express appreciation
Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
Push and stock product to sales floor
Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments
Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure accurate regular and promotional signing
Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
Support execution of major transitions and Inventory Stock Management (ISM)
Maintain interior and exterior brand standards including cleanliness and maintenance
Accurately execute all pulls and backstock product from all departments
Process all inbound deliveries using the receive application to ensure inventory accuracy
Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits
Operate power equipment only if certified
Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy and follow equipment guidelines
Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, monitor progress, and prioritize tasks
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
Work safely and identify and correct hazards
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) while maintaining compliance
Perform all other duties based on business needs
