Job Requirements

  • Capable of working in varying temperatures and exposure to elements during job duties
  • Ability to remain mobile for the entire shift duration

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Proficiency in operating handheld scanners and communication devices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
  • Ability to remain composed and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Commitment to upholding ethical conduct, safety protocols, and compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
  • Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
  • Engage with guests in a genuine way including asking questions to better understand their needs
  • Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve guest issues
  • Thank guests genuinely and let them know they are appreciated
  • Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
  • Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is stocked, zoned, and full
  • Push and stock product to sales floor
  • Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans
  • Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure signing accuracy
  • Complete scans and system audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Support execution of major transitions and ISM
  • Maintain interior and exterior brand cleanliness and safety
  • Accurately execute all product pulls and backstocking
  • Process inbound deliveries using receive application
  • Complete backroom daily and weekly audits
  • Operate power equipment if certified
  • Maintain backroom organization and equipment guidelines
  • Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
  • Work safely and identify hazards
  • Support guest services including backup cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up
  • Perform other duties based on business needs
