Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail or customer service desirable but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in operating handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capacity to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash register operations if needed
- Basic knowledge of safety and compliance standards
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe and respond to guest needs using verbal and body language cues
- Engage with guests to understand and fulfill their specific needs
- Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
- Thank guests genuinely and ensure they feel valued
- Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
- Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is stocked, zoned, and full
- Push and stock product to the sales floor
- Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments
- Conduct weekly price changes and ensure accurate signage
- Complete scans and system audits for inventory accuracy
- Support execution of major transitions and inventory system management
- Maintain store interior and exterior cleanliness and brand standards
- Execute product pulls and backstock accurately
- Process inbound deliveries using receiving applications
- Complete backroom daily and weekly audits
- Operate power equipment only if certified
- Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy
- Follow processes accurately with attention to detail
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture
- Work safely and identify hazards
- Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up services
- Perform other duties based on business needs
