Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in retail or customer service desirable but not required
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Proficiency in operating handheld scanners and technology equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Capacity to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle cash register operations if needed
Basic knowledge of safety and compliance standards

Job Duties

Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
Observe and respond to guest needs using verbal and body language cues
Engage with guests to understand and fulfill their specific needs
Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
Thank guests genuinely and ensure they feel valued
Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is stocked, zoned, and full
Push and stock product to the sales floor
Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments
Conduct weekly price changes and ensure accurate signage
Complete scans and system audits for inventory accuracy
Support execution of major transitions and inventory system management
Maintain store interior and exterior cleanliness and brand standards
Execute product pulls and backstock accurately
Process inbound deliveries using receiving applications
Complete backroom daily and weekly audits
Operate power equipment only if certified
Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy
Follow processes accurately with attention to detail
Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture
Work safely and identify hazards
Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up services
Perform other duties based on business needs
