Job Requirements

Available to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and prompt attendance
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequent lifting up to 15 pounds and occasional lifting up to 44 pounds
Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Comply with all safety policies and best practices
Ability to demonstrate ethical conduct and safety compliance
Must be able to follow detailed processes and prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology

Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties

Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
Engage with guests in a genuine way by asking questions to better understand their needs
Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve guest issues
Thank guests genuinely and let them know we appreciate their choice to shop at Target
Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
Push and stock product to sales floor
Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans
Conduct weekly price changes and ensure accurate promotional signing
Complete scans and system audits for inventory accuracy
Support major transitions and ISM execution
Maintain interior and exterior brand appearance, including cleanliness and cart management
Accurately execute pulls and backstock product
Process all inbound deliveries using the receive application
Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits
Operate power equipment only if certified
Maintain backroom organization and follow equipment guidelines
Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks
Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture
Work safely to benefit self and others
Support guest services such as cashier backup, order pickup, and Drive-Up
Comply with all related regulations including adult beverage laws
Perform all other duties based on business needs
