Job Requirements

Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 44 pounds
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance
Capability to work in varying temperatures and exposure to elements
Ability to remain mobile during the entire shift
Willingness to comply with all safety policies and best practices

Job Duties

Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
Engage with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to better understand their specific needs
Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience
Thank the guest sincerely and express appreciation for choosing Target
Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
Work in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
Push and stock product to sales floor
Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments
Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure signage accuracy
Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
Support execution of major transitions and ISM
Maintain store brand standards including cleanliness and maintenance tasks
Accurately execute pulls and backstock product from all departments
Process inbound deliveries using the receive application
Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits
Operate power equipment only if certified
Maintain backroom organization and equipment guidelines
Follow processes accurately with attention to detail and prioritize tasks
Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture
Work safely at all times and identify and correct hazards
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up while maintaining compliance
Perform all other duties based on business needs
