Job Requirements

Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting items up to 44 pounds
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and prompt attendance necessary
Capable of working in varying temperatures and elements while performing certain job duties
Ability to remain mobile throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
Proficiency with technology such as handheld scanners and communication devices
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 44 pounds
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Willingness to learn and adapt to store operations and policies

Job Duties

Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
Engage with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to better understand their specific needs
Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve guest experience
Thank the guest in a genuine way and express appreciation for shopping at Target
Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests
Push and stock product to sales floor
Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans
Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure accurate signing for all departments
Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
Support major transitions and inventory services management
Maintain interior and exterior store brand, including cleanliness and maintenance tasks
Accurately execute all pulls and backstock product from all departments
Process inbound deliveries using receive application
Complete backroom daily and weekly audits
Operate power equipment if certified
Maintain backroom organization and follow equipment guidelines
Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks accurately
Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture
Work safely and identify hazards
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and drive-up while maintaining compliance
Perform all other duties based on business needs
