Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperature and environmental conditions
- Mobility for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ladder climbing ability
- Effective communication with guests and team members

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate handheld electronic devices and scanners
- Effective communication skills

- Ability to follow multi-step processes with attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their needs
- Thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
- Assist guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
- Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and stocked
- Assist with truck unload process and stock product to the sales floor
- Make changes to salesfloor merchandise displays
- Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure signage accuracy
- Complete scans and system audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Support execution of major transitions
- Maintain interior and exterior brand including cleanliness and safety
- Accurately execute all fills and organize reserve product from all departments
- Process inbound deliveries using receive application
- Complete backroom daily and weekly audits
- Operate powered equipment if certified
- Maintain backroom organization and equipment guidelines
- Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely and report hazards
- Support guest services such as cashier backup, order pick up, and drive-up
- Perform other duties based on business needs
