Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
  • Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their needs

  • Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
  • Assist guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
  • Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and stocked
  • Assist with truck unload process and stock product to the sales floor
  • Make changes to salesfloor merchandise displays
  • Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure signage accuracy
  • Complete scans and system audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Support execution of major transitions
  • Maintain interior and exterior brand including cleanliness and safety
  • Accurately execute all fills and organize reserve product from all departments
  • Process inbound deliveries using receive application
  • Complete backroom daily and weekly audits
  • Operate powered equipment if certified
  • Maintain backroom organization and equipment guidelines
  • Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
  • Work safely and report hazards
  • Support guest services such as cashier backup, order pick up, and drive-up
  • Perform other duties based on business needs
