Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry within the kitchen area
- must speak fluent English
- professional appearance and self-grooming
- good interpersonal and organizational skills
- must be a team player
- ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and problem solve
- standard knowledge of the main kitchen operating procedures
- knowledge of current basic regulations and safety standards
- use of kitchen machinery and knowledge of food preservation techniques
- ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
- certification of food handler's license

Job Duties
- Prepare frequently available meal ingredients such as vegetables and spices
- collaborate with the team in the preparation of menus
- ensure accurate and organized cooking station and supply inventory
- support the team in ensuring that dish presentations meet the set standards
- provide feedback on new ways to plate and present dishes
- develop and share ideas to increase efficiency and optimize cooking processes with attention to speed and quality
- ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- support the management team in creating a positive and united work environment
