Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry within the kitchen area
- Must speak fluent English
- Professional appearance and self-grooming
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Team-working skills
- Standard knowledge of the main kitchen operating procedures
- Knowledge of current basic regulations and of the main safety standards, kitchen machinery and food preservation techniques
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which included, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certification of Food Handlers License.

Job Duties
- Optimal and timely delivery of all kitchen preparations with a strong attention to detail
- Clean and cut vegetables and prepare main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
- Assist with stocking and setup of kitchen stations
- Supports the chefs with the daily preparation and maintenance of the kitchen
- Additional operational support when requested
- Ensure kitchen products are following food safety standards and regulations
- Always maintain a clean work environment.
