Job Requirements

2+ years experience in the hospitality industry
previous experience in luxury environment highly desirable
excellent command of English, both written and spoken
previous experience with RESY or other reservation systems preferred
professional grooming and appearance
excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude
passion, professionalism, and discretion
comfortable working in a fast paced and luxury environment
ability to manage multiple priorities
able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
valid work authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

Greet and escort guests, always maintaining a professional and positive attitude
answer incoming calls providing the appropriate service
assist with the flow of guests in the dining areas
tend to special guest needs and requests
anticipate any wait time in an appropriate fashion
be observant to guest needs throughout dining experience to ensure high quality service
protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies
contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed
maintain clean work environment
