Job Requirements

2 plus year experience in the hospitality industry
Previous experience in luxury environment highly desirable
Excellent command of English both written and spoken
Previous experience with RESY or other reservation systems preferred
Professional grooming and appearance
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude
Passion professionalism and discretion must be always maintained
Comfortable working in a fast paced and luxury environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including evenings weekends and holidays
Must have proper work authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

2 plus years experience in the hospitality industry
Previous experience in luxury environment highly desirable
Excellent command of English both written and spoken
Additional language command a plus
Previous experience with RESY or other reservation systems preferred
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet and escort guests maintaining a professional and positive attitude
Answer incoming calls providing appropriate service
Assist with the flow of guests in the dining areas
Tend to special guest needs and requests
Anticipate wait times appropriately
Observe guest needs throughout dining experience to ensure high quality service
Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to protect establishment and patrons
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintain a clean work environment
