The Growth Marketing Manager role at Brandmotion is a critical position designed for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who excels in performance marketing and demand generation. This role requires a highly analytical professional with the ability to generate qualified leads, accelerate sales pipeline growth, and directly influence revenue through digital channels. The position is perfect for a marketer who thrives on measurable results and enjoys the challenge of optimizing marketing automation, paid media, SEO, content creation, and web analytics to achieve business goals.

In this role, the Growth Marketing Manager will have full ownership of digital demand generation efforts across multiple B2B commercial channels, including distributor and eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally alongside sales, product development, and inside sales teams to convert market interest into tangible revenue. They will manage HubSpot marketing automation infrastructure, oversee targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, and lead initiatives to optimize the company website for conversion and SEO performance.

Additional responsibilities include developing multi-touch nurture campaigns to move prospects efficiently through the sales funnel, designing conversion-focused offers like guides and ROI calculators, and executing retargeting campaigns to re-engage prospects. The manager will also be responsible for creating and optimizing landing pages, email campaigns, and on-site content to maximize lead capture and qualification.

The Growth Marketing Manager will use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot reporting to track campaign effectiveness, analyze marketing-sourced pipeline contributions, and provide actionable insights to continually optimize return on investment. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Advanced HubSpot expertise including automation, CRM integration, reporting, and landing pages
  • Proven success managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and digital funnel strategy
  • Experience supporting longer B2B sales cycles and multi-touch attribution models
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools

Job Duties

  • Build, optimize, and scale HubSpot infrastructure including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle management
  • Develop multi-touch nurture campaigns to move prospects from awareness to purchase
  • Configure lead routing and CRM integration to ensure timely follow-up by Sales
  • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns including A/B testing and performance tracking
  • Build landing pages, forms, and CTAs within HubSpot CMS to capture and qualify leads
  • Plan and execute targeted demand-generation campaigns across key customer segments
  • Manage paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, optimizing for cost-per-lead and pipeline contribution
  • Develop conversion-focused offers such as guides, ROI calculators, and gated content
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and nurture prospects
  • Continuously test messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve performance
  • Optimize brandmotion.com for conversion across B2B and B2C audiences
  • Execute SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content performance tracking
  • Implement structured data and best practices for AI-driven search
  • Develop high-converting landing pages aligned with campaign goals
  • Partner with internal teams on UX and website improvements
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns supporting new product launches
  • Manage trade show marketing campaigns including pre-event promotion, on-site capture, and post-event follow-up
  • Publish blogs, product pages, and marketing content aligned with sales priorities
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels
  • Own marketing analytics using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot reporting tools
  • Track campaign performance, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Analyze attribution data across complex B2B buying journeys
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve ROI
