Raising Cane's is currently seeking a full-time Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader to join their team. This position focuses on supporting new restaurant openings by overseeing training teams and developing trainers, as well as helping to lead day-to-day restaurant operations. The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader plays a key role in upholding Raising Cane’s operational standards and ensuring the delivery of quality service and customer satisfaction during the opening phases and beyond.
The role requires an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment involving physical exertion and direct interaction with customers and team members. Responsibilities will include leading training initiatives for hourly managers and assistant leaders, supporting new restaurant setups, enforcing company safety and operational standards, conducting performance observations, and assisting with strategic planning. Leadership skills, organizational aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting are essential for success.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college preferred
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- New restaurant opening experience preferred
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Leads the training team and oversees trainer development
- Leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion
- Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards
- Executes shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
- Performs restaurant performance standards observation walks and uses tools to document results and take corrective action when needed
- Supports in strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations
- Completes other duties as assigned
