Job Duties
- Transport plants, soil, nutrients, tools, and other materials between cultivation areas
- Assist with plant movement including transplanting, harvesting, and staging
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing floors and surfaces
- Dispose of waste and plant debris properly
- Stock and organize supplies such as PPE, nutrients, and cultivation tools
- Assist cultivation team members with basic tasks
- Ensure all tools and equipment are cleaned and returned to proper storage areas
- Follow all company SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance regulations
- Support harvest and post-harvest activities as directed
- Report any safety, compliance, or plant health concerns to management
