Job Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- prior hospitality leadership preferred
- strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- self-motivated and effective both independently and in a team
- proficient with property management systems and general office software
- availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnights
- prolonged periods of standing at front desk and working on a computer
- maintain a polished, professional appearance
- ability to lift, carry and manipulate various items weighing up to 50 pounds
