Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years previous sales experience in a luxury resort or hotel
  • Practice superior sales skills that result in closing of sales and ensuring building or maintaining professional business relations
  • Proven track record for anticipating and following through on leads to maximize sales
  • Proven interpersonal skills with successful client interactions
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Able to negotiate, organize, delegate and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet
  • A flexible schedule is required
  • Solid knowledge of Delphi and ability to understand booking guidelines and rate parameters

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years sales experience in a luxury resort or hotel

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Solicit and negotiate group business with corporate meeting and group accounts
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including executive contacts
  • Deliver presentations to prospective clients
  • Prepare commercial proposals and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Build and maintain professional client relationships
  • Anticipate and follow through on leads to maximize sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure group sales success
