Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 4 years previous sales experience in a luxury resort or hotel
- Practice superior sales skills that result in closing of sales and ensures building or maintaining of professional business relations
- Proven track record for anticipating and following through on leads to maximize sales
- Proven interpersonal skills with a track record of successful client interactions
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Able to negotiate, organize, delegate and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and the Internet
- A flexible schedule is required
- The individual should have solid knowledge of Delphi and the ability to understand booking guidelines, and rate parameters
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three to four years of sales experience in luxury resort or hotel
- Proven track record of successful sales closure and maintaining client relations
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated client interaction success
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, and Delphi
- Ability to negotiate and work effectively under pressure
- Flexible schedule availability
Job Duties
- Solicit and negotiate with corporate and group accounts to generate business
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including executive contact, presentations, and commercial proposals
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Respond promptly and effectively to sales inquiries and leads
- Utilize Delphi system for booking and understand rate parameters
- Organize and delegate tasks to meet business objectives
- Work under pressure with multitasking abilities
