Job Duties
- Achieve business revenue goals and personal performance expectations
- solicit and prospect new and existing accounts while developing and maintaining excellent client relationships
- sell, coordinate, and detail guestrooms, meeting space, and food and beverage service
- manage revenue by utilizing market industry data and knowledge to secure appropriate business
- utilize sales tools and systems to identify, report, forecast, and communicate sales data
- ensure client satisfaction by responding to needs and concerns courteously and timely
- maintain communication between sales and operational departments
- manage workload effectively including attending department and hotel meetings
- ensure a clean and safe work environment adhering to brand and regulatory standards
