Job Duties

  • Achieve business revenue goals and personal performance expectations
  • solicit and prospect new and existing accounts while developing and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • sell, coordinate, and detail guestrooms, meeting space, and food and beverage service
  • manage revenue by utilizing market industry data and knowledge to secure appropriate business
  • utilize sales tools and systems to identify, report, forecast, and communicate sales data
  • ensure client satisfaction by responding to needs and concerns courteously and timely
  • maintain communication between sales and operational departments
  • manage workload effectively including attending department and hotel meetings
  • ensure a clean and safe work environment adhering to brand and regulatory standards
