Job Description

The Ritz-Carlton South Beach is a prestigious luxury hotel located at 1 Lincoln Rd, Miami Beach, Florida. This role of Property Administrative Specialist is a full-time, non-management position where the candidate will play an essential part in supporting the administrative operations of various departments, including Guest Services, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Sales. The specialist will manage group reservations with a preference for candidates who have prior experience in such responsibilities. The position is located on-site at the hotel, and the candidate will be a critical link in ensuring seamless communications and efficient operational processes across multiple teams.

Selected candidates will be fundamental in preparing documents through software tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Additionally, they will serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors, facilitating smooth event coordination from pre-event planning through to post-event follow-up. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a strong commitment to upholding The Ritz-Carlton's "Gold Standards," which include the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values that underpin the hotel’s esteemed reputation for unparalleled guest experiences.

The Property Administrative Specialist will also be expected to follow company policies closely, maintain a professional appearance, and foster positive collaborative relationships throughout the hotel. Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and perform bending or twisting movements as required by the job duties. Job Requirements
