Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property maintenance or similar roles preferred
- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- reliable transportation to job sites
- willingness to work flexible hours
- commitment to punctuality and attendance
Job Qualifications
- Experience in groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, or related maintenance work
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- physical stamina for outdoor and cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- Ensure that the curb appeal of the property is clean and tidy each day
- daily cleaning of the clubhouse, leasing office, and all common areas
- work closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor/Tech to complete property projects
- ensure that trash throughout the property is picked up and emptied into trash bins
- clean up trash bin area
- power wash walkways, breezeways, and parking lots
- outside painting of curbs and walk-ways
- remove cobwebs and debris from the buildings/breezeways
