Job Requirements

  • prior experience in property maintenance or similar roles preferred
  • ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
  • reliable transportation to job sites

  • commitment to punctuality and attendance

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, or related maintenance work
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good communication skills
  • physical stamina for outdoor and cleaning tasks

  • ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
  • valid work authorization

Job Duties

  • Ensure that the curb appeal of the property is clean and tidy each day
  • daily cleaning of the clubhouse, leasing office, and all common areas
  • work closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor/Tech to complete property projects
  • ensure that trash throughout the property is picked up and emptied into trash bins
  • clean up trash bin area
  • power wash walkways, breezeways, and parking lots
  • outside painting of curbs and walk-ways
  • remove cobwebs and debris from the buildings/breezeways
