Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in property maintenance or janitorial work preferred
  • ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • capability to lift and move moderately heavy objects
  • reliable transportation to job sites
  • willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with groundskeeping and janitorial work
  • effective communication skills to coordinate with property management staff
  • attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and property aesthetics
  • prior experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or related roles preferred
  • dependable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

  • Ensure that the curb appeal of the property is clean and tidy each day
  • daily cleaning of the clubhouse, leasing office, and all common areas
  • work closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor/Tech to complete property projects
  • ensure that trash throughout the property is picked up and emptied into trash bins
  • clean up trash bin area
  • power wash walkways, breezeways, and parking lots
  • perform outside painting of curbs and walk-ways
  • remove cobwebs and debris from buildings and breezeways
