Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders for extended periods
- capability to lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- be able to work outside in various weather conditions
- willingness to travel occasionally for training or assisting other properties
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- valid driver’s license
- strong customer service skills
- ability to handle physical work in various weather conditions
- basic knowledge of safety regulations
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- complete minor and routine service requests
- assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
- change locks and ensure pool gates function safely
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- report hazards and unsafe conditions
- demonstrate customer service skills
- comply with safety and risk-management policies
