Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders for extended periods
  • capability to lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • be able to work outside in various weather conditions
  • willingness to travel occasionally for training or assisting other properties

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to handle physical work in various weather conditions
  • basic knowledge of safety regulations
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • complete minor and routine service requests
  • assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
  • change locks and ensure pool gates function safely
  • distribute notices and communications to residents
  • report hazards and unsafe conditions
  • demonstrate customer service skills
  • comply with safety and risk-management policies
