The position available at Greystar focuses on maintaining the physical condition and aesthetic appeal of residential communities to enhance resident satisfaction and uphold the company's standards. The role entails inspecting community grounds and amenities regularly to ensure cleanliness and safety while providing supportive services to the maintenance team. The individual in this position is responsible for removing litter and debris, maintaining vacant apartments' cleanliness during the make-ready process, handling minor service requests, and ensuring the security of access points such as pool gates. They also assist with communications to residents and maintain compliance with safety policies, including participating in safety meetings and training.

This role is vital in ensuring that community standards for cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal are consistently met, which directly impacts resident retention and overall community reputation. Working at Greystar, associates have access to competitive compensation within the hourly range of $20.00 to $22.00 and are eligible for various bonus programs based on performance.
