Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to work in all weather conditions
- availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- occasional travel may be required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred
- valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property
- knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic handyman or maintenance skills
Job Duties
- Inspects community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings to maintain cleanliness
- removes trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- completes minor and routine service requests as assigned
- assists make-ready specialist in turn process
- changes locks according to policy and checks pool gates compliance
- distributes notices and communications to residents
- reports hazards or dangerous situations promptly
