Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other properties for training or support
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart
- Experience in maintenance or property management preferred
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure common areas remain clean
- Remove trash from vacant apartments before make-ready process and maintain storage areas
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist
- Change locks following property policy and ensure pool gates comply with safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed
- Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly
- Demonstrate customer service skills by addressing resident inquiries and complaints respectfully
