Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other properties for training or support
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule including call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart
  • Experience in maintenance or property management preferred
  • Basic knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure common areas remain clean
  • Remove trash from vacant apartments before make-ready process and maintain storage areas
  • Complete assigned minor and routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist
  • Change locks following property policy and ensure pool gates comply with safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed
  • Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly
  • Demonstrate customer service skills by addressing resident inquiries and complaints respectfully
