This specific role within Greystar focuses on maintaining the physical aspects and curb appeal of residential communities under management. The Maintenance Associate role is crucial in ensuring that the grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar's high standards of neatness, safety, and attractiveness at all times. This position supports the broader service and maintenance team by handling minor routine service requests, managing trash removal, and assisting in the make-ready process for apartments. The role also requires vigilant inspection of the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings throughout the day, ensuring that the environment remains welcoming and pristine for residents, guests, and team members.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by adhering to Greystar's risk management policies, attending mandatory safety meetings, and complying with OSHA and other regulations. This role offers an hourly pay rate between $20.00 and $22.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses based on performance and business needs.
