Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in property maintenance or related role preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work Monday through Friday
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comply with safety and risk management policies

- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and use of tools
Job Duties
- Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings throughout the day
- Remove trash and leftover items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned
- Assist the make-ready specialist during apartment turnover
- Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards and potentially dangerous conditions to supervisors
