Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Capability to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexible work schedule including availability for call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training and support other properties
  • Compliance with Greystar’s safety and risk-management policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
  • Ability to operate golf carts and other property equipment
  • Basic knowledge of safety and risk management policies
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • Transfer trash to dumpster or storage area and maintain storage areas
  • Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • Assist make-ready specialist in apartment turnover
  • Change locks according to property policy
  • Ensure pool gates comply with safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards or dangerous situations
  • Demonstrate customer service skills by responding to residents respectfully and handling complaints
  • Comply with safety and risk-management policies by attending meetings and training, and promptly report incidents
