Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Capability to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexible work schedule including availability for call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training and support other properties
- Compliance with Greystar’s safety and risk-management policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Ability to operate golf carts and other property equipment
- Basic knowledge of safety and risk management policies
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Transfer trash to dumpster or storage area and maintain storage areas
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- Assist make-ready specialist in apartment turnover
- Change locks according to property policy
- Ensure pool gates comply with safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards or dangerous situations
- Demonstrate customer service skills by responding to residents respectfully and handling complaints
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies by attending meetings and training, and promptly report incidents
