Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
availability to work Friday and Saturday
valid driver's license preferred
must pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties

Maintain community grounds including walkways, parking lots, and common areas
perform custodial duties such as sweeping, blowing, pressure washing, and trash removal
clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and assigned maintenance areas
report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to appropriate team members
provide courteous, helpful customer service to residents and guests
support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed
