Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged preferred
  • 1+ years of property maintenance experience preferred
  • maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees
  • communicate clearly to residents and respond to resident's service requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner
  • can use power and hand tools effectively and safely when completing maintenance tasks
  • must have time management skills to successfully navigate frequent interruptions and changing priorities
  • work independently with minimal supervision, be accountable for actions, self-motivated
  • pass criminal background screening prior to employment
  • possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance or reliable transportation is required
  • if minimum qualifications are met during resume screening the wonderlic pre-employment assessment is required

Job Duties

  • perform daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas
  • be aware of the condition of the property at all times and take immediate steps to correct unsafe and unclean conditions
  • maintain pool, pool areas, and pool furniture
  • participate in an ongoing community improvement plan and a preventive maintenance program
  • perform other duties as assigned by the community and service manager
