Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
must be available to work weekends
days off Tuesday and Wednesday
ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
must pass a background check and drug screening
reliable and self-motivated

Job Qualifications

Reliable and detail-oriented
previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
valid driver’s license preferred
ability to provide excellent customer service
effective communication skills

Job Duties

Maintain community grounds including walkways, parking lots, and common areas
perform custodial duties such as sweeping, blowing, pressure washing, and trash removal
clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and assigned maintenance areas
report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members
provide courteous, helpful customer service to residents and guests
support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed
