In this role, Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to join its team and play an integral part in maintaining the quality and appearance of their residential communities. The position involves routine cleaning and upkeep of grounds, buildings, amenities, and surrounding areas within multi-family residential communities. The successful candidate will operate various tools, machinery, and equipment efficiently and safely. Communication skills and the ability to deliver quality work while adhering to safety standards are crucial. This vital role supports the company's mission by ensuring the community environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for military families. The Porter/Groundskeeper will engage in a variety of tasks such as trash removal, pressure washing, snow shoveling when applicable, minor repairs, and assistance with make-ready units, all contributing to resident satisfaction and property excellence. This position offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $18.00 to $20.00, with eligibility for medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of full-time employment.
