- Prior custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions

- Prior custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment (mops, vacuums, carpet cleaners, scrubbers, etc.)
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs. (occasionally more)
- Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain leasing office, restrooms, hallways, stairways, elevators, amenities, laundry rooms, parking garage, and other common areas
- Perform daily trash removal and recycling
- Assist with preparing vacant and model apartments for move-ins and tours
- Wash interior/exterior windows, maintain light fixtures, and keep the community fresh and presentable
- Care for, inventory, and properly use all janitorial supplies and equipment
- Provide basic grounds care such as sweeping, picking up trash, and watering planters
- Assist with move-out cleanings, moving bulky items, and property inspections
- Support the team during emergencies (flood, fire, weather-related events) and occasional overtime needs
