Job Requirements
- High school degree required
- Minimum 2 years experience in aviation operations, scheduling, dispatch, transportation or logistics
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Personal integrity and administrative skills
- Well organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress, team based environment
- Willingness to work shift work, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High School degree required, college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in aviation operations, scheduling, dispatch, transportation or logistics
- Aviation or airline experience is a plus
- No noted deficiencies in the most recent Employee Performance Review
- No documented performance or conduct issues within the past 24 months
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Personal integrity and ability to handle changing regulations and requirements
Job Duties
- Assign daily duties to Passenger Service Representatives and Loadmasters
- Make regular adjustments to assignments based on operational requirements
- Notify appropriate personnel of changes and updates
- Coordinate travel plans for staff using the travel agency system
- Ensure flights are appropriately staffed with PSRs and Loadmasters
- Collaborate with vendor management to ensure contractual staffing coverage
- Enter passenger names and payloads into the AIMS system
- Track and submit biweekly payroll for PSRs and Loadmasters
- Build and maintain working relationships with staff and management
- Participate in projects as required
