Job Requirements

- Ability to handle luggage safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and stand for long periods
- Willingness to provide a high level of guest service at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in demanding situations
- Physical ability to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of local area and transportation options advantageous
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge all guests in a warm and friendly manner while remaining calm with demanding guests
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain the room facilities upon arrival
- Retrieve and deliver luggage and packages to guests and undertake various other requests to ensure their comfort
- Help guests change or move to other cabins if need arises
- Transport departing guests' luggage from the room to the lobby, ensuring that all luggage has been accounted for
- Aid guests in meeting transportation needs to various destinations via taxi or other ground transportation
- Escort and introduce arriving guests or visitors to the valet if onsite parking is needed
