This new opportunity is for a Grocery/Warehouse Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of receiving, warehousing, and distribution within the facility. The Grocery/Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to support the retail and food service operations. This role is not only pivotal for maintaining inventory and logistics but also involves cultivating a positive and efficient work environment that fosters teamwork and outstanding performance from warehouse employees. Buc-ee's is offering a competitive wage of $31.00 per hour along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 3 weeks of paid time off, and a 401k plan with a 100% employer match up to 6%. This full-time position requires flexibility in working hours, including varying shifts that cover opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
