Grocery Department Team Trainer

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Trainer to support high engagement, productivity, and retention of New Members by providing quality training on their home team. The Team Trainer collaborates with Team Leadership, Store Trainers, and Team Member Services Generalists to ensure timely completion of training programs and support various training initiatives, including Operational Learning Pathways, Compliance, Food Safety, and Customer Service, while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach within the team.
