Job Requirements

One to two years of previous culinary experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

Job Qualifications

One to two years of previous culinary experience, preferably including grill and cold prep
Ability to follow recipes, techniques, and procedures accurately
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail in food preparation
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
Passionately prepare food products including meats, poultry, and seafood as determined by recipe, technique, and procedure
Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
Be a team player and maintain high attention to detail
