Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of culinary experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to follow recipes and cooking procedures
Physical stamina to handle kitchen duties
Commitment to food safety and hygiene

Job Qualifications

One to two years of previous culinary experience
Experience with grill and cold prep preferred
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
Passionately prepare food products including meats, poultry, and seafood according to recipes and procedures
Assist side cooks and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by timing and preparing all food products correctly
Be a team player with a high attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of grilling stations
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
