Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow recipes and cooking procedures
  • Physical stamina to handle kitchen duties
  • Commitment to food safety and hygiene

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with grill and cold prep preferred

Job Duties

  • Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
  • Passionately prepare food products including meats, poultry, and seafood according to recipes and procedures
  • Assist side cooks and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
  • Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by timing and preparing all food products correctly
  • Be a team player with a high attention to detail
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of grilling stations
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
