Job Duties
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards for outlets
- Interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience
- Take guests food and beverage orders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Display a congenial appearance and be well groomed at all times
- Clear, clean, reset and maintain restaurant tables during shift
- Assist other servers to provide the best possible service
- Answer questions or make recommendations for menu items
