Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Grilling experience a must
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work night shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Must be able to cross-train on multiple kitchen stations
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and friendly attitude
- Ability to work well with others
- Maintain a clean kitchen
- Attend to special requests
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative, and enthusiasm
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Superb knife skills are a plus but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Job Duties
- Cross-training and working in multiple kitchen stations, including salads, fry, grill, and expo
- Preparing our amazing and simple recipes
- Following our build guides for building every item on our menu
- Ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen
- Fostering a friendly family environment
- Being a team player and showing efficient communication skills
- Maintaining a clean kitchen and attending to any special cleaning duties
