Job Description

The Stand Restaurants is a rapidly growing fast-casual dining restaurant brand with 20 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Clara, and Houston, Texas. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated PM Grill Cook for our team. This role is ideal for someone with grilling experience and a friendly, outgoing personality who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The primary working hours are from 4PM until close, with weekend availability mandatory. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen while preparing delicious, high-quality meals for our guests. This position offers competitive pay up to $22.50 per hour plus tips, with an average tip pull adding between $3 to $5 extra per hour. Employment types available are both full-time and part-time, depending on your availability and preferences.

As a PM Grill Cook at The Stand Restaurants, you will be integral to our culinary team, helping to prepare a variety of menu items while ensuring top-notch food quality and safety. This role requires you to rotate through different kitchen stations, including grill, salads, fry, and expo, gaining cross-training that broadens your cooking skills and knowledge. Attention to detail, adherence to recipes, and a positive team spirit are key attributes we look for in candidates. You will also be responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions within your workspace and collaborating efficiently with team members to create an enjoyable dining experience for guests.
