Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work dinner shifts including weekends
  • Physical ability to stand walk and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience working as a grill cook or line cook in a fast-casual or restaurant setting
  • Ability to demonstrate positive attitude initiative and enthusiasm
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and kitchen protocols accurately
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Job Duties

  • Cross-training and working in multiple kitchen stations including salads fry grill and expo
  • Preparing recipes according to build guides and menu specifications
  • Ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Following safety and sanitation procedures and protocols strictly
  • Attending to special guest requests and maintaining guest satisfaction
  • Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively to maintain smooth kitchen operations
