Job Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license

  • two-year certificate or two years of relevant experience

Job Qualifications

  • Two-year certificate from an accredited culinary program or minimum two years of experience in upscale dining kitchen

  • previous line cook experience in fine dining preferred
  • valid WA State Health Card/Food Handler permit
  • ability to read and understand recipes and cooking techniques
  • ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • skilled in handling kitchen utensils including knives
  • basic math skills for recipe measurements

Job Duties

  • support Lead Line Cooks as needed
