Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a grill cook preferred
  • knowledge of steak temperatures and proper grilling techniques
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • obtain and maintain required Food Handler's Certification

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook steaks, burgers, chicken, ribs, seafood, and other menu items according to company recipes and specifications
  • operate grills, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • ensure proper portioning, seasoning, and presentation of all dishes
  • monitor food temperatures to comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
  • stock and restock grill station supplies as needed
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely order completion
  • follow all company policies, procedures, and health department regulations
  • assist with food prep and other back-of-house duties as assigned
