Job Duties
- Provide top-notch customer service and member experience
- accurately prepare menu items per established standards
- maintain working knowledge of restaurant menu
- assist in menu development for the Grill and FUEL menus, collaborating with the managers, chefs, and other cooks
- make recommendations for members who have food sensitivities or allergies
- assist in receiving and delivering orders when necessary
- keep storage areas organized and clean
- clearly communicate with other members of the team as production is accomplished
- leave each shift organized and cleaned, exceeding what you would want to come into yourself
- assist with front counter or table service as needed
- accurately process member orders in the club POS system when necessary
- maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area per grill standards
- work special events as necessary throughout the year
- uphold the principle to improve the day
