Job Duties

  • Provide top-notch customer service and member experience
  • accurately prepare menu items per established standards
  • maintain working knowledge of restaurant menu
  • assist in menu development for the Grill and FUEL menus, collaborating with the managers, chefs, and other cooks
  • make recommendations for members who have food sensitivities or allergies
  • assist in receiving and delivering orders when necessary
  • keep storage areas organized and clean
  • clearly communicate with other members of the team as production is accomplished
  • leave each shift organized and cleaned, exceeding what you would want to come into yourself
  • assist with front counter or table service as needed
  • accurately process member orders in the club POS system when necessary
  • maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area per grill standards
  • work special events as necessary throughout the year
  • uphold the principle to improve the day
