Job Duties

  • Provide top-notch customer service and member experience
  • Accurately prepare menu items per established standards
  • Maintain working knowledge of restaurant menu
  • Assist in menu development for the Grill and FUEL menus
  • Collaborate with managers, chefs, and other cooks
  • Make recommendations for members with food sensitivities or allergies
  • Assist in receiving and delivering orders when necessary
  • Keep storage areas organized and clean
  • Clearly communicate with other team members during production
  • Leave each shift organized and cleaned beyond expectations
  • Assist with front counter or table service as needed
  • Accurately process member orders in the club POS system when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area per grill standards
  • Work special events as necessary throughout the year
  • Uphold the principle to Improve the day
